Innsyst exists to service the needs of the hospitality industry. The growth of broadband at home and in the office has stimulated the need for broadband when travelling. But gaining broadband access while away from the home introduces new challenges.

The availability of broadband in public venues is increasing but the ability or willingness of traditional ISPs to meet the needs of this mobile client base is lacking. Accessing the internet with your home settings while using the ISP of the venue owner will usually result in certain services, such as the ability to send emails, being inaccessible.

To address this need, Innsyst was formed. Our principles are simple:

Contention ratios (i.e. the number of other people that are likely to use the network at the same time) ultimately determine the quality of user experience.
